Skyrgámur - 19. desember
Now it is the 8th yulelad Skyrgámur. This one always tries to get some skyr which is an Icelandic milk product, very popular here, it is not yoghurt it is much thicker just like sour cream but not at all the same taste or ingredients. I think there has been some export of skyr to the USA! You see this one has skyr on his mittens.

These Yulelads seem very hungry and obsessed with food. Was it because food was very scarce back then and it was a cold country?
I just went and read about skyr - it sounds yummy. I'll have to look for it in the market and give it a taste *s*
